The 2016 Ringmer Neighbourhood Plan was developed over the period 2011-2016 and formally adopted in 2016 to run alongside the Lewes Local Plan (part 1), also adopted in 2016. Both Plans cover the period 2010-2030, and remain in force.
Lewes District Council has now embarked on the creation of a new Lewes Local Plan, to cover the period 2020-2040. A new Ringmer Neighbourhood Plan, to cover the same period, will be required to run alongside it.
