Signage post installation on the B2192, A26 to Halland has been cancelled due to a change in resource availability. We’re committed to delivering high-quality work and ensuring the right teams are in place to carry it out safely and efficiently. A new date for the works will be provided in due course. Thank you for your patience.

Balfour Beatty will be installing new signs, posts and verge markers on the B2192 between the A26 and Halland.
The work be will carried out in the below phases:
Phase 1: Monday 27 October 2025: The Broyle – between The Bluebell Inn and Shortgate Lane.
Phase 2: Tuesday 28 October 2025: Terrible Down Road- Between Shortgate Lane and Knowle Lane.
Phase 3: Wednesday 29 October and Thursday 30 October 2025: Lewes Road – between Knowle Road and the A22.
Phase 4: Friday 31 October 2025: New Road- at the Junction with the B2192
Phase 5: Friday 31 October to Tuesday 4 November 2025: Lewes Road- Between New Road and The Broyle.
