South East Water – Upcoming works
South East Water has advised they are laying new water pipes in Ringmer.
Work is due to start from Thursday, 23-Jul-26 and the project is expected to take approximately four months in total.
Rolling road closures will be in place during the course of the project for the safety of motorists, pedestrians and their work force.
The closures are scheduled to be as follows:
– Junction of New Road and Gote Lane – from Thu, 23-Jul for approximately 4 weeks
– Ringmer Road (cycle lane) – under two-way traffic lights from Mon, 24-Aug for approximately 6 weeks.
– New Road – between Mon, 26-Oct and Friday, 30-Oct.
