REMOVAL OF THE HOLM OAK ON THE VILLAGE GREEN – MONDAY 14 OCTOBER 2024
At their meeting of 08/10/24, the Cllrs voted for the removal of both sections of the tree, to grind out the remaining stump and plant a replacement tree. For more information on this decision, please consult our minutes (Item 11.4) once they are published.
The wood will be left on the green by the small parking area along North Road for residents to take and use as firewood.
